This is an important document for anyone who is interested in how change happens in a school system. This is also an example of some of the best writing you’ll ever read about education reform. The writer of this document, as Tony described himself, said he should have apologized for an egregious pun buried in the text, but instead he offered an insubstantial reward to the first reader who finds it. The reward is still unclaimed, I think, but check with Tony’s wife, Ruth Anne Olson, to be sure.
It is especially useful for practitioners of Open Education.
